RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We strive hard to bring our customers the best quality Products. We hope that you will like our products like many other Customers around the globe who use our products.
Returns or exchange will only be accepted on unused an unopened products only. Return / Exchange Authorization is needed for all returns or exchange. Please call us on 516-869-4006 or toll free 888-659-9595 for Aauthorization . We will not excepts returns for refunds or exchange on any used or opened beauty products. Samples are available for most products for less then $3-$4 each samples if you need to try the sample you can order it from our website before ordering the products. This way if you are satisfied only then you may order the products.
In case of Return or Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please try send all return thru a traceable and insured shipping method we will not be responsible for merchandise that do not reach us .
All return or refund claims should be made within 15 days of your order date to initiate a return or refund. After 15 days the item is yours and cannot be returned. All merchandise returned must be in NEW & UNUSED sealed condition.
Refunds will be credited back to your credit card withing 24 - 48 hours after the product has been received and checked.Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 days for your financial instrutition to reflect the refund credit back on your account. In case of refunds Shipping & Handling fees that we incurred to ship the order will be deducted from the refund. All return orders must be approved and returned with an RMA, (return merchandise authorization).
We can only refund shipping fees if the return was a result of our error.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS -
Contact us ASAP if you want to cancel your order or make changes to your order. Most order may get shipped with 1 - 2 hours after the order was placed. Address changes can only be corrected if you call us before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped no address changes or cancellation can be made

If your order has not been shipped or left our warehouse facility, we can process the cancellation right away. Most orders are shipped from our facility within 12-24 hours after the order has been placed. Once order has shipped we will not be able to cancel or change the order in any way.
